The Fashionable Housewife and The Fashionable Bambino have teamed up with Hautelook, one of our favorite sample sale sites! We’ll be promoting a couple Hautelook shopping events over the next two months. They have some really great sales coming up offering giant savings on awesome brands like Liz Lange (sale started today!), Baby Lulu, Sweetpea Baby, and more. Between now and Christmas there will be a lot of sales starting each day that you won’t want to miss!

We’re most excited about NEST, a fabulous line of chic children’s clothing. Their designs are based on popular and contemporary adult styles, yet are offered in playful colors with attention to small details that make every piece really special and unique.

I’ve purchased several NEST items for my daughter on Hautelook before and have been absolutely thrilled with every piece. The clothes are comfortable, very high quality, and look totally adorable on my kid! (If I do say so myself!)

Some of their items are made to mix and match so you can get several different outfits out of just a few pieces. And they boys clothing really sets the standard. Even though I don’t have a boy, I’m pretty opinionated about little boy’s clothing and I must say, I usually hate all of it. However NEST has really found the perfect balance between little boy and adult. It’s grownup style without looking to grownup. You know what I mean?

Well, you’ll just have to take my word for it!

For Spring 2010, the line will be expanding into a full sportswear line, with girly dresses, fashion bottoms, denim, and scarves. With a core belief in value and style. If you have small children, getting out for a walk can be a challenge. And when you think about trying to take the kids with you a stupid umbrella stroller, well you probably feel like just staying home. I don’t blame you! But I have news for you sister… you ain’t getting out of it that easy!

I don’t leave home without my Mutsy 4Rider Light Stroller. You wouldn’t think that there would be a huge difference between a cheap Graco stroller from Wal Mart and a nice high-end stroller, but WOWEEE! HUGE difference. Bumps that once shook your poor infant into a coma seem like fluffy clouds passing by. It pushes sooooo easily and effortlessly, plus the handles are adjustable and putting it together is totally intuitive.

It’s very easy to fold up and take with you in the trunk of your car. I really love mine and now that I’ve had and used such a fantastic stroller, I have no idea how I lived without it. It really is indispensable. The only thing missing from this stroller is a cup holder. But it’s so easy to push with one hand, that it’s absence doesn’t bother me too much.
