Have your kids discovered the precocious redheaded schoolgirl, Madeline, yet? This year marks the 70th anniversary of the release of Ludwig Bemelmans’ beloved children’s story, Madeline.     My daughter loves that Madeline had her appendix out. She loves lifting up my Madeline doll’s dress and seeing the scar. It cracks me up.

    My six year old Madeline love Madeline. We always watch the movies together and read the books. This doll would be a great addition and would make a great xmas present

    My daughter loves all the Eric Carle books, but she’s really latched onto Corduroy Goes to the Doctor (grandma is a nurse). Thank you for this giveaway! She’s be thrilled with it

    My oldest daughter(age 4) loves Madeline because she doesn’t have to deal with any pesky brothers and sisters like my daughter has to. I point out that Madeline has tons of “sisters” at the convent, but she doesn’t think that is quite as bad.

    Thank you for the giveaway! My kids have different taste in books. My daughter loves any type of little kids books (Brown bear, Mary kate and ashley, any scholastic books) and my son loves books like spiderwick, harry potter, Diary of a whimpy kid, etc.

    My daughters favorite books are the Frog and Toad series. She loved the little stories and they encouraged her to read.
