Blouses. I think you either love them or hate them. The problem I have is finding one that fits right. Either they are too tight they pucker leaving a gaping hole between buttons or they are big and bulky making you look like the Hulk. Hate that feeling!
I love the design of Carissa Rose Design blouses. They offer a tailored touch. The sizing is according to a woman’s body measurements. They are designed so that there are no puckers or openings between buttons for those of us who are nicely endowed (especially while nursing, right bf’g moms?), as they have no buttons. They have hooks and eyes. I know what you are thinking, but no, you don’t have to undo all those little hooks and eyes because the blouse can be pulled on and off over the head. A weird thought for something as classy as a blouse, but I thought was very nice to be able to do it. Saved having to undo all those hooks and eyes. And no, I did not get stuck! 😉 The fabric has a bit of give to it making it easy to pull on and off. Carissa Rose blouses feel good. They are form fitting and will fit a petite figure as well as a regular height woman. I know because I am short and my blouse gently falls over my hips. I know many of you will forgo comfort for style, but I like both comfort and style.
I have the Irina Shirt (Regular $115 SALE $65), which is long sleeves so I have only worn it a little bit since we have entered summer here. It is machine wash on cold and line dry. So no dryers please! It is 97% cotton and 3% spandex, so it’s the spandex giving the blouse a bit of give.
