Mary’s background in fitness, yoga, and meditation, is a real advantage to her newfound passion of baby planning. As a certified yoga, pilates, personal trainer, and nutrition consultant it is natural for her to share her knowledge and expertise, but more importantly she is passionate about sharing a holistic lifestyle.
