Dove’s “Thank You for Making a Difference” Campaign

Dove has a new campaign Real Beauty. Their latest initiative is to reach 5 million girls with self-esteem programming by 2010. Dove has already reached 3.5 million girls worldwide since 2005 with their incredible campaign to teach girls what real beauty is all about. This year, Dove has been seeking to recognize supporters of the Real Beauty campaign. Due to previous support of this mission, Dove is now promoting, “Thank You for Making a Difference”, a new Dove campaign.

Dove wants all of our readers to share what makes your daughter(s) feel makes her beautiful or what she has learned from a self esteem program. Then Dove would love for you to upload a 30 second video of your daughter to the Dove Self Esteem Fund Facebook page by November 20, 2009.

Then we would like you all to post a comment here on The Fashionable Bambino sharing the link to your uploaded video. This is the exciting part, the site that drives the most videos will win a Dove CFRB “Thank You” prize pack! So please support The Fashionable Bambino with your videos and comments!

In addition, the top 5 websites with the most videos (including the #1 site) will receive a $1000 donation from Dove in their site’s name to the local chapter charity that builds self esteem: we will be able to choose between Girls Scouts of USA, the Boys and Girls Club of America or Girls Inc.
