OMG baby scrubs – I die!

I placed an order for a bed-skirt & my order was canceled b/c the retailer listed the skirt incorrectly on their website. First, they had multiple excuses as to why my order was canceled basically blaming the manufacture. Their next step was to blame me for not calling b/c the price seemed low (Most items are not listed ala carte- so I’m not sure how they expected me to know the price was low). Finally, they admitted they are new & working out bugs with their system. The store is getting ready to remove ala carte items from the site & informed me no other sites sell ala carte. However, they are incorrect… I’ve done my research & there are a few other sites that do carry ala carte (not the same designer that I was looking at previously, but other beautiful designer items). Don’t buy from this retailer, it’s really not worth the hassle & they obviously do not believe in the customer is always right. I really don’t appreciate being told that I should have called them because of their mistake. Since the retailer said most customers will call if they believe an online item is priced incorrectly… I assume they make a lot of mistakes. Or, this excuse was totally fabricated to put the blame on me, the customer.
